Chase is like an idiot savant playing the game. He makes seemingly stupid move after stupid move yet he's never really been in serious trouble and has wound up with a hidden immunity idol. I wonder if it's just that everyone likes him so much because he's good looking, polite, and charming in that Southern way. He's been after Benry for a while now and yet last night Benry was willing to dump his solid alliance for him. He has also gone back on his word multiple times, but people still trust him.
Holly has turned out to be probably the best player in this group after a slow start. Obviously masterminding the Brenda ouster was her shining moment in the game so far and she's managed to get herself into a position of strength from a position of weakness.
Sash seems to overthink things and that has gotten him into trouble. Getting the immunity idol from Marty was a good move, but he seems to alternate good moves with bad moves. I think last night's decision came down to the fact that Chase promised him final three and none of the three guys on the other side did. If Benry or Fabio had taken him aside and promised him they would drop Dan (the person least likely to win the final immunity challenge) at the final four because they wanted to ensure that one of the young people would win, he may have considered going with them.
Dan is just going along for the ride playing the "I'm so bad at challenges and making no moves in this game so keep taking me along to the end" strategy.
Fabio has been portrayed as not too bright, and though he's shown flashes of understanding what is going on, he again showed his inability to play the game last night. There are times when you don't want to be constantly working the game, but when you're at 3-3 with one swing vote, that isn't the time. He didn't give Sash any reason to go with him.
Jane was a woman on a mission to get Marty out of the game, but since then she has taken more of a back seat and let Chase and Holly do more of the work. Of course, she's also gotten herself into a good position, so why rock the boat.
