You listed 3 things. Problem is singular. 3 complaints is not singular.
We only read the first thing for actual content and all we promised was a Blu-Ray. If you feel that we erroneously gave you less than we promised, feel free to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Otherwise, you got exactly what we advertised in regards to your non-singular first complaint.
