not diminished, but actually gone.
Storm 1 (2009) was bad cuz they fubared the cleanup.
Storm 2 was a Saturday and you could make the trek by monday into Tysons...Storm 3 was Wendseday and I could make the trek by Friday at lunch.
They were huuuuge, but hardly month-long forces of nature.
