i get what you're saying, totaly. but i think it's clear that the dish sucked given the response of the judges and the other chef that commented on it. it's one thing to back your food to the hilt, and i have no problem with that. but it seems delusional to say you had a great dish when pretty much everyone who tasted it thought it was just plain bad.
