Dexter question for this season (spoilers)

Somebody was driving the truck with the barrels when it got hit. The driver fled the scene. Did they ever reveal who was driving it?

In the previously on dexter segment they included the line that they didn't know who was driving, so I kept waiting for a twist at the end where an additional member of the gang is revealed, but they never went anywhere with it, or if they did, I totally missed it.
