To date, he's hired the recruiting coordinator from South Carolina, the OL coach from the Raiders, the best DC in the NFL and Orgeron is expected to be named as soon as the Saints' season is over. He's going to have an all-star coaching staff, so expectations will be high from the start.

Monte is a double win for me since it gets him out of Tampa and on the Vols.
