The swimming pool where I'm a member just sent out a nasty note to all members about the handicapped spots.

Apparently a lot of parents pull in there, with the engine running, to wait for their kids. Problem is, we do have a number of handicapped members who drive up, see someone in the spot, and have nowhere to park.
