i just have to talk to someone on the phone, after spending too much time on hold, to find out that I needed to uninstall the yahoo toolbar.

- The yahoo toolbar is attached to a lot of programs from download.com, like ccleaner and adaware. You have to watch what you're doing when you install - Trisha Dec 15, 17:10
