a tie situation, but Fabio and Dan had to know that they were throwing away a jury vote there. And Jane throwing her vote to Sash just shows that she wasn't in the game at all at that point. I guess there's no sense in trying to put something together *in* a tribal council but I was a bit surprised that Fabio didn't at least make an attempt so that he could say later "I didn't vote for you"
