slower and steady wins the race....but instead you have the peopel with the giant SUVs thinking that means they can hit the speed limit

you have people with the fancy cars who are so fucking nervous of hitting anything; they're going 20mph when 40mph is easily attainable and safe.

You have the tailgaters, you have the nervous nellies, and then you have about 10% that acutally involves the roads being dangerous instead of just...wet.
