Right....my guess though, he comes out, and if nothing changes, he's not risked anything other than they'll change the system.

if he waits a year, he'll risk injury or the next year of sophomores who aren't draft-eligible and might be taken and he's not a #1 lock....
either way, he comes out as #1 with whatever system is in place or he risks coming out as anything less than #1 with the same ssytem in place.
It's an easy call for me. You come out, you get your 60mil or whatever they adjust it all to....and you enjoy going back to Stanford to dedicate the new athletic center building you were able to buy with your #1 overall money.
