For every 5 hours OT we worked in Nov/Dec, we "earned" an hour of PTO. I don't have all that many hours accumulated at the moment, but it's still better than nothing.
Apparently it was announced at a meeting I was not at, and I hadn't heard a word about it until today. "This week is the last week to earn PTO hours."
