a couple things - old school spot dance. one person gives directions without looking like '4 steps forward, 2 steps left. turn to your right.

or, mini-contest, draw two names out of a hat, and make them answer some funny work-related question - first to answer gets to pick a prize. losers name goes back into hat -pick two more names, etc.
