someone actually put some broken piece of equipment or something in a box last year. dude.
this year, the worst was something I had given a coworker for his wife ahead of her having hip replacement surgery earlier this year - a carryall that hangs over a walker (I had ordered it online some time ago, when I was walker-ing; but it didn't fit my model). that was wrong for multiple reasons. oy.
