customer service rep last week and it wasn't finance. I said it under my breath, I didn't think they would hear me. They "accidentally" reported me as delinquent and sent me to a collection service. Oops! The guy didn't even apologize or say they were wrong, he just kept asking me what I wanted him to do about it and I finally told him. This is not my normal way of dealing with customer service, I was surprised at myself, but get it together people. I only wish they would sell mine to someone else.
