Sister had made some very bad financial decisions that ended up effecting all of us, and still will for a few more years to come. Still, things are relatively peaceful between us all, the most stress coming between my dad and Ashlee and I trying to figure out how to motivate himself to take better care of himself so we aren't doing everything for him.
Ashlee's family on the other hand...they are just pieces of work (except for her moms (well really her mom mom, who I don't think either if us would have expected it but it's turned out that we are closest to each other out of all the rest of her family. She's said that if she were ever to do the amazing race there's no one shed rather do it with then me.). The rest of them though, especially her grandma and sister, it seems there's some new problem/boundary crossing with them every week. I really don't know why Ashlee puts up with the two of them and spends so much time with the both of them. I avoid them like the plague, which is funny because when I first started dating Ashlee her grandma and I hit it off right away. What a difference a few years and a whole lot of bitchiness and "I know better how to raise your kids than you do" can make.
