Oh hell yes. Make sure to have a backup plan (close hotel, etc) in case it gets to the point where you can't handle it.

my sister used to be a total holy roller and every holiday she'd go on at length about why I was going to hell and how she'd be lonely in heaven after the rapture when none of her family was there. I finally lost it when she told my (then) 10 year old daughter she was doomed to hell for reading Harry Potter. So I just started agreeing with her. I told her that I loved Lucifer, I made animal sacrifices, oh, I went on and on. She decided she wasn't speaking to me anymore. That was the solution I was waiting for. Damn, I had fun with that too.
She's (relatively) normal now. :)
