Spent the better part of 2 hours trying to work on it, but I can't even get the Kickstart menu to kick in. I think it's a goner.

TiVo HDs were disastrous. TiVo Premieres are a huge step up.

I'm more upset that I still had a huge ammount of programming still sitting on the Tivo that I hadn't yet transfered to my computer.

And by that I mean, I'm kinda wary about buying another Tivo. I like my consumer electronics to last more than 6 years.
