A friend is a first grade teacher and helps out at the after school program. She has a child on the after school roster name "La-ia" so I'm think "Leah" or "prounced lay-e-ah," and it's actually pronounced "Ladashia."

Until I saw the child's actual registration with the school district on the "official class list" I did not believe it. Wow, is all I have to offer.
