that I think we have all experienced at times - the things that make you think about your own mortality and you focus on what's important in your life and maybe reach out to those around you or make time to engage and let others know your feelings or whatever ... I guess the thought that he may have had something like that happening at the time sort of makes it even more tragic - to me at least - because I wonder even more now what would have come next.
