Yeah, I just checked it out. The address is spoofed from me, but gmail shows no emails going out.

What happens is, somebody with me on their address list actually has a worm. It accesses their address book and sends emails out using the names and addys from the people in *their* address book. I suspect Darcy--2 weeks ago her laptop wouldn't even boot into windows so I had to go into dos commands and run windows security essentials. She had 2 trojams and a worm. I got rid of them and gave her a lecture about security. I doubt it sunk in--she's never met a url she could resist checking out.
Just delete, if I send you an email it'll have the certified virus free message in it. Mark got one this morning too, so I already knew aboout it.
