Ok, here goes...
|
1 box/bag Rotini
4 or 5 thin sliced chicken breasts
3 stalks celery - sliced
1/4 red onion diced
ranch dressing
Hot Sauce (I prefer Cholula)
Blue Cheese crumbles (one of those 5 or 6 oz containers)
I bake the chicken in a glass dish, in a layer of olive oil, with garlic salt, and some sliced red onions.
So once the pasta and chicken is cooked I let them cool to about room temperature (not cold, just not hot). Tear up the chicken and throw it in the pasta, then add the celery and diced red onion. Then add the Ranch; I don't do measurements, you just want enough so that the pasta is coated evenly. Then add the hot sauce; again, no measuring here, just add it to taste, it all depends on how hot you like it. Last step is to add the blue cheese, I usually use at least the whole container, often times more. Then you just refrigerate it for about 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
