I thought it was fun enough. My criticism is that I felt like the tone got stuck in a muddled middle ground.

Like it wanted to be wacky, but not TOO wacky. Action-comedy is definitely tough to pull off both aspects successfully. It was no Romancing the Stone, but it worked well enough for me to be generally entertained.
