If he's serious about a contender, then they should be the choice.

They should be a strong competitor to win their division for a while. NY and Boston have to compete with each other and Tampa. And hopefully the O's by 2011. The Nats have the Mets, Braves, and the defending champs. They are supposed to have a highly ranked group of prospects, though.
