fever would be higher with flu (unless you took a fever reducer). With no respiratory issues, I will guess not flu.

Remember that flu is primarily a respiratory infection, and knocking you out is secondary.

Probalby a cold. Take zinc! If you think you are sicker than normal, go to urgent care and get swabbed.
