Ok, quick Twitter question. I've had an account for a long time, but I really don't use it.

I'm wondering...is the only way to see updates from people you're following to actually login to Twitter? Or is there an email notification or anything like that?

Basiclaly, I want to see what people like Adam Schefter and John Elway have to say...but not necessarily everyone.
