Who uses the words "disrobe"
I think that would freak out the patient even more.

The others are better:
�Please relax your knees� rather than �open your legs for me; spread your legs�

�Place your feet shoulder width apart� rather than �open your legs for me; spread your legs�

�Please turn to face that table and rest your elbows on the table� rather than �turn around and bend over�
