Say an organization rents out a banquet hall. Then during the party, someone is injured due to slippery floors, who is responsible? Person who owns the hall (but isn't present during the party) or the people organizing the party?

I am just curious..

I swear.. I either need to marry a lawyer or get a law degree later.
