produced insignificant results in the latest testing. They found out this past Monday and it is a devastating blow to the company and the CF community. Everyone is shell-shocked and trying to figure out how it went from a drug (Denufosol is the name) that held such promise all the way to producing results similar to a placebo. My wife's behavior around the house in the evenings has been noticeably different.

And it wasn't just about the company, its profit and its going concern either but this drug really looked like it held the promise of extending the lives of those afflicted with CF. Parents were trying to get their children with CF on the trials.

Such bad news.
