My PogoPlug has been a bust. Its transfer speeds are slow and it creates a weird bandwith bottleneck.

Their customer support said it was a known issue, so as much as I'd like to blame Knology, I can't. -- nm

I haven't used mine enough yet to encounter such problems (mine is the Seagate). What kind of transfers are you talking about?
