We're on the low spectrum for states with a flat tax* but are quickly headed to the high end.

I don't know how we compare to states that have a graduated rate, but this is the flat tax landscape (per wiki)
Colorado - 4.63%
Illinois (NOW) - 3%
Indiana - 3.4%
Massachusetts - 5.3%
Michigan - 4.35%
Pennsylvania - 3.07%
Utah - 5%
Illinois (FUTURE) - 5% or more
They say it will be temporary, of course, but who believes that?
