when Truman had the place redone in the 1950's, he send 36 rocks out to various Mason lodges, they will talk about this in the show.

my spoiler thought is:

I suspect that if you were to scan all of the rocks, and put them together in your computer, you will find that they fit to become the missing original cornerstone of the White House.
