I used to have this argument with a friend of mine. I was always Pro Stay in School (even as a recent college drop-out)...

But will is right, these kids are auditioning for their real jobs. It's not about degrees. You're going to make a fantastic amount of money for about 10 - 15 years. More money than you'll make for the rest of your live and more than most people make.
Do that.
Then when you're retired at 38 go get your degree if it means that much to you. If someone snaps your leg in two while you're in college that money goes away.
Get the money now.
