NY question for znufrii

Hey Brooklynite,

My friend took me to a pavilion walk area walkable from near the Carroll Gardens/Red Hook area one night. We could see all of Manhattan's lights to our left. It was not a very lengthy walk area and fancy looking apartments were just across the street.

Would you perhaps be able to name this place? tia
