that's fairly close. $640ish.

I checked yesterday and called. I'd called them the first day I had the new phone and received an email that I'd blown by my 1MB plan (go figure).

I spoke to a very nice and seemingly competent Rep who told me because the billing cycle hadn't finished she couldn't apply a credit but that she would. She'd do it on the 5th. She'd call me to let me know it was done. She gave me her full name.

Nothing was done.

I called again yesterday.

I was told the credit will be applied on 1/17/11. I have a nice shiny ticket number. My auto pay hits on 1/24/11. Follow up poll: How likely is it that they'll try and charge me $640ish?
