via the instructions on this page (link). But I just have one user account for all users, so everyone can use the same username/password.
The problem is, when one individual jackass fails to login correctly, (s)he locks out the account for everyone, and I have to get the IT guy to unlock the account (I don't have access to the server myself, I have to walk the IT guy through all this shit).
Is there a way to disable that 'lockout' feature?
