I am using executive powers today and saying that since B got two out of the three.
Racehorses. Secretariatm winner of the Triple Crown in 1973 was ranked 35; Man o'War, who won 20 of his 21 races, was ranked 84l and Citation, winner of the Triple Crown in 1948 was ranked 97.
