The trick would be to find the right balance of paying and non-paying tenants so that all expenses are covered but you still get a lot of action.

The working girls have gotten really aggressive. The casinos used to keep them out, but I've gotten propositioned inside a casino almost every day I'm there. I casually mention I own property and like barter arrangements and a third of them are interested. Then I ask them if their plumbing still works or if they've had the operation and they leave me alone.
