average a company had to sue. It could have been a bullshit article but it said they had a certain amount of years to sue and after that time expired that could only try and collect but couldn't threaten a suit.

There is a statute...but there's nothing confirming they're collecting on that 10 year old card. This could be a newer card that someone opened in - Jim Jan 13, 11:05
