I don't see an indefinite future where we have multiple Batmans (at least not one for every country) so what are our alternatives?

- They all quit: Bruce Wayne is a failure. Doesn't work.

- They all get kill: Bruce Wayne is wracked with guilt. Doesn't work.

- They all get fired: Bruce Wayne is a poor choice of character. Doesn't work.

So... what now?
