I had said before the game that Oregon would win if Fairley and Newton had off-games. Newton did but Fairley...he was a ruiner of worlds. If you'd had one guard who could have handled him, you would have won. That tells you Oregon is in great shape as a program. None of the other teams who played the SEC in the BCS was that competitive.
