Seems one person was offered a partial refund for their trouble. I suppose I could take that and just put this set in the basement or something

Sorry it sucked. Furniture is a tough purchase. Unless you see it in a showroom, it's hard to tell.

I disagree on shoes. if you are consistently sized in a brand, buying online is safe. like, I am franco sarto size 9 in anything with a heel. -- nm
