We got 6 inches of light fluffy powder overnight. It's pretty, it's easy to walk in, but damn, every step blows puffs of snow up in your face and stuf

f. We seldom get "heavy" snow, the kind you make snowmen out of, unless it's very late winter/early spring. We have huge fluffy flakes of powder and it piles up every night. I'm still not used to it, I guess--a lot of people ski in to work, they even have baby strollers on skiis, schools don't do snow days, etc. I can't seem to remember to carry a damn pair of gloves.
