Client's friend tripped in the suite at the concert and split open her chin. Medical assistants at the arena did what they could to stop the bleeding but she needed stitches. I drove them to her son's hospital. They took us right in, ahead of more serious injuries (god, was that ever awkward). Her son, the CEO arrived and had already called their chief surgeon. When he arrived, he put in 3 sutures and we left. Total time in the ER?... 30 minutes. It's all about WHO YOU KNOW!
