in concert, the grandmother is the wife of the Chairman of the Performing Arts Center, these clients don't drink, and the lights had just been turned off at the end of intermission as she was returning to her seat.

I was really horrified when I saw them rushed in ahead of people who had been there for quite awhile. I didn't see anyone dying, but I would hope THEY would be treated first regardless. Yes, she is a pampered old Jewish lady, but this is also one of the few hospitals that are surviving in the area that even has an ER for people to go to, so, eh, maybe she deserved a little pat on the back when she needed help.
