do NOT go to the Wicked Spoon buffet at the newly opened Cosmopoliton here in LV. I had lunch there and they are awful. which is slightly surprising

since the hotel has barely been open a month.
braised short ribs tasted like sugar, and most everything else either had no taste, was dried out, or burnt.
they are just about the worst buffet in town
