Yeah.

I think it's the combination of all the carbs and all the fat - it takes so long for everything to enter my bloodstream, and when it does, UGH.

Are you diabetic? Insulin-resistant? Something else entirely? A lot of my insulin-dependent friends have similar reactions to pizza, so I'm wondering if it's just a type 1 thing. Maybe those on meds don't have as bad a reaction, sugar-wise? I dunno.
