Hey, I just got back from WDW/Epcot. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the FastPass thing.

We did Universal Studios Orlando as well, which does the 'Express Pass'. Pay an extra $30/day and you don't have to stand in lines.

The FastPass doesn't cost any extra. And while we made great use of it, we couldn't figure out what was in it for Disney. Maybe it helps distribute the crowd more evenly over the day and reduce the line lengths overall? But it's still a little ponderous.
