It's been so oddly freaking warm here the last 3 weeks, ~45F, it's actually hot in my house today. I live in the mountains, at 3500', for crying out loud!

Yeah and thanks. No heat all day, went out last night. It's 19F today. Thankfully this didn't happen yesterday when it felt like -8F. -- nm
