Don't overlook the fact The Hurt Locker took heavy advantage of a very weak year.

this year, there's a lot of solid contenders; that if we were down to 5 nominees...you'd have some legitimate snubs whereas outside Crazy Heart last year, they took the best and then a few others that normally wouldn't merit being in the discussion.
